Training Information
Attorneys frequently encounter clients with disabilities that are not immediately apparent.  Clients may have hearing or vision loss, traumatic brain injuries or chronic pain, mental illness, cancer, diabetes, or other disabilities.  This training will explore ways to identify invisible disabilities and discuss tools and resources available to attorneys and clients.  We will discuss the relevant laws, client interview techniques, court access, and best practices.
