Please join us for a program covering New York foreclosure defense, including settlement conference advocacy, loan modification application techniques, post-HAMP loan modification formats, and litigation strategies and procedures. This course is intended for attorneys new to foreclosure practice, as well as those who wish to refresh their knowledge based on recent changes in the law.

This course is FREE to those who accept at least one pro bono Foreclosure or other matter from the Brooklyn Bar Association Volunteer Lawyers Project or New York Legal Assistance Group before April 4, 2018. Experienced attorneys receive additional CLE credit for every 2 hours of eligible pro bono service.  The cost is $150 for attorneys who do not wish to take a pro bono referral through the Brooklyn Volunteer Lawyers Project.
